Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

We tried to write these the way we’d want them written for us — short, plain, and honest about what we owe each other. By creating an account or using this site, you’re agreeing to what’s below. If something doesn’t sit right, please write us at care@unitedundergod.org first.

United Under God takes no payments. There is nothing to buy here — the seal is free, the assessment is free, and the portal is free.

Who we are

This site is operated by United Under God, Inc., a Georgia corporation. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “United Under God,” that’s who you’re agreeing with. United Under God is a faith-based effort to help churches, businesses, charities, and associations stand together and serve their people.

Who can create an account

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are creating the account for an organization you represent, or for yourself, and the details you give us are accurate.
  • You will not use the site for scraping, automated abuse, or to impersonate another person or organization. Pretending to be someone you are not is grounds for removal.

Your account and security

  • Your account is protected by a password. You are responsible for keeping that password safe and for activity that happens under your account.
  • One account can work across United Under God’s family of apps. Signing in here may use an account you already created with one of our other apps.
  • If you suspect someone else has access to your account, write us at care@unitedundergod.org right away.

The seal — a free statement of intent

The seal is a statement of intent your organization chooses to make. It is not a fee, a contract, or a membership program, and it is never for sale. Making the statement of intent is reviewed personally before an organization is welcomed in; once it is, your organization gets a public page at unitedundergod.org that anyone can check, and a seal you may display on your own site and materials.

Because the seal is a public statement, we may decline, pause, or remove it if the intent is misrepresented or the conduct behind it is abandoned. None of the help on this site is ever gated behind the seal.

What you share and what becomes public

Most of what you give us stays private to you and is protected by database-level rules that let you see only your own information. Two things are public by design, and only if you choose them:

  • Your organization’s member page at unitedundergod.org, shown only while your seal is active, using the organization details you provided.
  • Anything you deliberately publish, such as the seal badge you place on your own website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organization.
  • Probe, scan, overload, or try to bypass the security of the site or the accounts of others.
  • Scrape, harvest, or resell data from the site, or submit spam through our forms.

We may suspend or close an account for any of the above. Wherever we safely can, we will warn first and give you a chance to make it right.

Our intellectual property

The United Under God name, seal, branding, design, and underlying code are owned by United Under God, Inc. Creating an account does not give you a license to copy, white-label, or commercialize them. Content you provide about your organization remains yours; you grant us permission to display it inside the site — and, if your seal is active, on your public member page — so the site can do its job.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account and delete your information at any time by writing care@unitedundergod.org. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available without interruption. Parts of what we describe — such as the united buying program and church office management — are honestly marked as being built, and are statements of intent, not guarantees of a result.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, and because we take no payments from you, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to $100. We are not liable for the conduct of other organizations or people you encounter through the fellowship, on or off the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., where United Under God, Inc. is registered, and by applicable U.S. federal law. If a dispute arises, both sides will first try in good faith to resolve it by email before anything else.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where we can reach you, let you know. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect counts as accepting it.

Reach us

We read our own inbox. Write care@unitedundergod.org for anything at all — questions, corrections, or formal notices.
